For the top 3 prizes, we encourage winners to claim the prize from BLL office in Phuentsholing, after verification from the respective regional sales agent.

For Phuensum Dharim, the draw is conducted on the last day of every month at 3:00 PM. The draw is conducted at BLL office in Phuentsholing in the presence of 3 draw judges. For further details, please refer our draw procedures on the publication section of our website.

We don’t have online ticket availability till date. Therefore, all lottery tickets must be bought from a sales outlet or a seller.

Our lottery tickets are available for sale across 20 Dzongkhags through our 9 Regional Sales Agent and the sub agents/sellers under them. Please find the details of our Regional sales agents under Regional Sales Agent section of our website.

The prevailing tax rules exempts taxes on lottery. Therefore, no taxes are levied on lottery.

For now we don’t have an opening for Regional Sales Agents since our 9 agents are in contract with us. However, if you are interested in becoming a sub agent or seller under these agents, you may contact our regional sales agents directly.

As mentioned, the prevailing rules doesn’t levy any tax on lottery, therefore no tax amount is deducted from the lottery prize amount.

The results are uploaded on our website and official Facebook page immediately after the draw. The results are also published in Kuensel on the day after the draw.
